FAQs

Which structure should I choose—Trust, Society, or Section 8?

If you need corporate credibility and nationwide operations, Section 8 is preferred. For state-centric operations with community leadership, a Society fits well. Trusts are quick and stable for charitable projects. We map pros/cons to your goals before filing.

Do I get 12A and 80G automatically?

They are separate IT registrations post-incorporation. We prepare the applications and supporting documents to obtain them quickly.

Can we receive foreign donations?

Only after obtaining FCRA registration/permission and opening an FCRA-designated bank account. Eligibility generally requires track record and audited accounts.

What are the annual compliances?

Accounts & audit, annual returns (Registrar/MCA), IT returns; for 80G—donation statement filings; and for FCRA—returns & utilization reports.
